Xbox Controller Authentication
How do I use my device on Xbox?
You are able to use any of my products that have an Authentication USB port with Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. To do this, you must plug in a licensed Xbox controller for the appropriate console plugged in to this Authentication USB port before connecting your guitar to the console.
Wii Guitar Adapters
Currently only the V3 Wii Adapter is compatible with stock Xbox consoles. The V2 Wii adapter will only work on modded Xbox 360 consoles with the UsbdSecPatch plugin installed.
Connect a licensed Xbox controller into the Authentication port on the top of the V3 adapter.
Plug the adapter into your Wii guitar.
Plug a USB-C cable into the USB-C port of the adapter, then plug the other end into your console.
Wait a moment, then strum up and down to make sure you have inputs.
Remove the licensed Xbox controller from the Authentication Port. Start playing!
