Updating your Device
If you have an adapter, most things work out of the box and no longer require any reprogramming!
- Connect your device to your computer and launch the programming tool. Then click Reset to factory.
- Then, with the proper Device Type and Device Variant selected, click Erase and Configure. If you are not sure which Variant to use, stick with the Default.
- Wait until the status bar at the bottom of the window reaches 100%. After that you can close the programming tool and use your device!
The RCM Programming Tool is a configuration tool for devices sold by RetroCultMods. It is a simplified version of Sanjay900’s Santroller platform, which is the backbone of hardware modding in the plastic instrument community.
